STRUCTURE AND SAFETY
It's composed by:
Elevator in stainless steel volume about 350 l. with level probe and automatic
start/stop to infeed bottles to unscrambling device.
Mechanical unscrambler in stainless steel with interchangeble parts for different
sizes in HDPE, diam. 1000 mm.
Conveyor belt in stainless steel with adjustable guides, lenght about 800 mm.
Complete set of parts for different sizes of bottles.
Electrical box with miniPLC Siemens LOGO with warning lights and start/stop push button.
