RAV L05/2 is a high speed liquid filling machine for macrodosing.
The double step system allow to reach a rate of 100 pcs./min.
It can be delivered with volumetric cylinders or peristaltic pumps.
The machine is equipped with a double closing head for plastic or alluminium caps.
Dropper or rubber stop inserting device avalaible on request.
STRUCTURE AND SAFETY
Main structure in aluminum shape, completely covered by inox steel panels.
Input and output conveyor belt by one motor: adjustable guides and structure in
inox steel.
A POLYZENE star wheel drives the bottles under dosing nozzles.
Cab made with aluminium shape and tempered glasses or polycarbonate with
mechanichal safety switches.
Electrical and logic controls located inside a inox box, side the machine.
DOSING SYSTEM
Inox Steel AISI 316 nozzles and pistons with sphere valves.
Mechanical adjustement of dosing volume.
Nozzles and pistons movements are indipendent with own motorization and absolute
encoder for phases setting.
Motorizations with inverter and adjustable speed by operator panel.
4 dosing units up to 360 ml. each.
Avalaible with peristaltic pumps.
LOGIC CONTROLS
Logic controls
based on PLC Siemens Siemens S7 313C and Touch Screen Siemens TP170B with alarm list
and setup functions.
CAPPING SYSTEM
Caps feeding device by vibration cup in inox steel, Ø800 mm.
Caps positioning by mechanical or pneumatical device.
Closing head for screw or alluminium caps, with adjustable rotation speed and magnetic
clutch with torque selection.
Two programmable speeds for approaching and closing in up/down movement.
Dropper or rubber stop option.
Automatic feeding device by vibration cup in inox steel, Ø800 mm – insertion with
pickup and place system.
