L04 - L12 is a full line of linear liquid fillling machines for production rate up to 6000 bottles/hour. It can be supplied with n. 4 to n.12 volumetric cylinders (up to 360 ml. each). Minimum costs and a very short time are necessary for setting the machine to different sizes of containers. STRUCTURE AND SAFETY Main structure in aluminum shape, completely covered by inox steel panels. Input and output conveyor belt by one motor: adjustable guides and structure in inox steel. A pneumatical Stop & Go system drives the bottles under dosing nozzles: container size up to Ø 80 mm, H 160 mm. (OTHERS ON REQUEST). Cab made with aluminium shape and tempered glasses or polycarbonate with mechanichal safety switches. Electrical and logic controls located inside an inox box, side the machine. DOSING SYSTEM Inox Steel AISI 316 nozzles and pistons with sphere valves. Mechanical adjustement of dosing volume. Nozzles and pistons movements are i with own motorization and mechanical adjustment for phases setting. Motorizations with inverter and adjustable speed by operator panel. Avalaible in 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 dosing units up to 360 ml. each. LOGIC CONTROLS Logic controls based on PLC Siemens S7 CPU 226. Operational Panel UNIOP LCD 2x20, with alarm list, setup function and sensitive areas. CHECK POINTS Minimum load and maximum load of bottles (stand by). Minimum load of caps (stand by). Bottle presence in filling point (no dosing). Liquid level (calling product – stop after xx seconds) - OPTIONAL.
