RAV06M is a low entry level into the production line of powder filling and capping machine. Used in pharmceutical, food, cosmetic industries for a low rate production, it keep all technical characteristic of the most important models at a cheap price. A pneumatical system lift the container to allow dosing directly inside the neck, keeping the machine clean. Two way of working: semiautomatic -(operator push the button to start dosing). With a preset rate (timing programmable). The amount of dosage is controlled by an high rate counter device, digitally programmed. Powder level check sensor for the connection to an external feeding system. DOSING UNIT Dosing head with auger tool, assembled on a column. Inox steel hopper with Ø140 mm. hole; calling product function and level control by capacitive sensor. Dosage control by 100 pulses/rev. Encoder and digital quick counter.
