RAV04L is a linear powder filling and machine for macrodosing.
Without any cost for different size of containers, it can reach a production
rate up to 32 pcs./min.
A Stop & Go System drive the bottles under dosing head; an optional pneumatic
device lifts each container allowing the dosage directly into the neck.
STRUCTURE AND SAFETY
Main structure in aluminum shape, completely covered by inox steel panels.
Input and output conveyor belt by one motor: adjustable guides and structure
in inox steel.
Container size up to 120 mm., H 240 mm.
Cab made with aluminium shape and tempered glasses or polycarbonate with
mechanichal safety switches.
Electrical and logic controls located inside a inox box, side the machine with
PLC Siemens and operator panel with LCD display.
DOSING UNIT
Dosing head with auger tool, assembled on a column; up-down movement of whole
device with the possibility of rotation for cleaning operations.
Inox steel hopper with Ø140 mm. hole; calling product function and level control
by capacitive sensors.
Dosage control by 100 pulses/rev.
Encoder and Siemens quick counter modules.

Bottle presence in filling point (no dosing).
Powder level in main funnel (calling product – stop after xx seconds).
