RAV04BR is an high speed powder filling machine for macrodosing. The funnel system and the continuous movement of the main star wheel allow to reach a mechanical rate of 180 pcs./min. As option, in case of very low flowability powder, it is possible to mount a vibrating system to help powder falling. A mechanical system lift each bottle up to effect the dosage directly inside the bottle neck. It can be delivered with one or two dosing units. DOSING UNITS Dosing heads with auger tool, assembled on a column; up-down movement of whole device with the possibility of rotation for cleaning operations. Inox steel hopper with Ø140 mm. hole; calling product function and level control by capacitive sensor. Dosage control by 100 pulses/rev. encoder and Siemens quick counter modules. Upper infeed bin option in macrodosing version with n.2 dosing units LOGIC CONTROLS Logic controls based on PLC Siemens S7 CPU 313C with special modules for axis control, net weight system and quick counters. Operational Panel Touch Screen Siemens TP170B, with alarm list, setup function and sensitive areas. Two levels of passwords: user and maintenance. CHECK POINTS Minimum load and maximum load of bottles on conveyor belt (stand by). Bottle presence in filling point (no dosing). Powder level in main funnel (calling product – stop after xx seconds).
