CAP01R is an high speed capping machine with n.8 closing heads. The continuous movement of the main star wheels allows to reach a mechanical rate of 180 pcs./min. Particulary designed for pressure, screw or aluminium caps. STRUCTURE AND SAFETY Input and output conveyor belt by one motor: adjustable guides and structure in inox steel, length 3 mt. Main structure in aluminum shape, completely covered by inox steel panels. Bottles positioning by 3 high density POLYZENE star wheels. Caps feeding device by vibration cup in inox steel, Ø600 mm., with sound-dampening container. CAPPING SYSTEM n. 8 rotating closing heads, assembled on a column; up-down movement of whole device. Electronic adjustment of rotating speed. Mechanical adjustment of torque: each screwing head has a magnetic clutch. Safety cab made with aluminium shape and polycarbonate LOGIC CONTROLS Electrical and logic controls inside a inox box, side the machine. CHECK POINTS Minimum load and maximum load of bottles (stand by) Minimum load of caps (stand by). Cap presence in closing point (stop).
